Creative Designworks is a simple straightforward site, an internet presence since 2001. We specialize in low minimum quantities and consistent quality, all at affordable prices. We are online exclusively and have an efficient, fully automated operation. Fast, free shipping to all US addresses.

International Order Information

We reserved the right to refuse shipment to some countries. If order is placed to a country we don’t ship to, your order will be refunded. 

How does shipping figure for international orders?

1. All orders must be received through the shopping cart. No email orders.

2. Once received, International order will be prepared and postage costs figured. Postage is based on weight and custom figured for each order.

3. A PayPal money request detailing additional postage due will be sent for payment of postage for International orders.

General Ordering Information

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed through the shopping cart on site. We are not staffed to prepare orders from email requests or by phone.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payment are processed through PayPal. Various types of payments are accepted through PayPal.

Where is my order confirmation?

PayPal sends a confirmation to your email. We don’t send separate notices. Notification that postage has been purchased for your shipment, serves as confirmation that we have received, processed and shipped your order. The notice will contain your delivery confirmation number. Your PayPal history will also verify that your order has gone through.


When will my order ship?

Your order will generally ship the day after received, sometimes same day. We ship FAST. Make sure any special requests are emailed directly after order is placed, so it is not missed.

How will my order ship?

We ship exclusively through the United States Post Office.

Can I insure my order?

Insuring your package won’t insure against non-delivery or mis-delivery by the post office. Once they scan the package as delivered, they claim no responsibility.

If you have known problems with delivery or just want to assure your package delivered to your hand rather than left unattended, Signature Confirmation service is available and is your responsibility. Signature Confirmation Service here.

Why are there no shipping charges added to my order at check out?

Shipping is paid by Creative Designworks on all US orders. 
Additional charges will be due on International orders.


How do I get a refund?

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt or packing slip. Copies are acceptable. The return address is on your packing slip. A copy of your order is available in your PayPal history.

2. Only full quantities* as shown on packing slip will be accepted for refund. Under no circumstances will leftover “bits and pieces” be refunded. *(full quantities means, 25 of an item ordered is returnable only as 25, not a partial amount. Sets are returnable only as sets, individual parts from sets are not returnable.)

3. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Payments originating through PayPal will be returned to PayPal so they can refund the original funding source. In some cases PayPal will put the funds into your PayPal account instead of returning to original source.

4. Refunds will be minus original shipping costs. (Even though there were no shipping charges added to your order, the expense incurred to ship your item is not refundable) Refunds will also be minus PayPal fees, as they keep those fees.

5. Restocking fee may be imposed at our discretion.

Can I get an exchange?

Exchanges are not offered as they are complex and time consuming. We will issue a refund on your return so you can reorder the items you need.

Product Safety

How is product safety determined?

Each consumer is responsible for testing and determining the suitability of these products for their individual application. Under no circumstances is any product offered to be used for personal safety or protection. Creative Designworks will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from the sale, resale, use or misuse of its products. Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products.

Order Problems

How are order errors handled?

Orders must be reconciled to your packing slip on arrival. Problems with the order must be reported within 7 days of arrival. Order processing errors that are our fault, will be promptly corrected at our expense. Contact us at cdw@zbzoom.net

What happens if my order is lost?

If you order is showing delivered and you don’t have it, contact your post office or carrier immediately. Often your carrier will remember where the package was left.

Creative Designworks will work closely with you on any order not delivered to find a solution. PayPal also offers protection to the buyer for non-delivery in case resolution can’t be reached with Creative Designworks.

Under no circumstances will packages shipped to a third party, showing delivered, be replaced. Shortages will be reviewed, our findings will stand.


Can I get samples?

We offer small quantities at reasonable prices for sampling. We will send a snippet or two of webbing to represent the different weights, widths or a specific color on request with your next order.

Can I get a catalog?

We don’t offer hard copy catalogs. Constant changes make this impractical. Our entire line of products is offered online. 

Business Information

What are your business hours?

We are in the warehouse Monday through Friday, 8am until noon, filling orders. Expect email response to be a bit slower after hours.

Where are you located?

We are located in Pennsylvania. For privacy purposes, we don’t publish our address on the web. Email us for specifics. We do not have a store front. All orders are mailed, no pick-up at our warehouse.

We are not staffed to do business by phone. Orders must be received through the shopping cart. We will happily answer questions by email.
