Creative Designworks doesn’t offer insurance through the post office.
Insurance only works if your order is not shown to be delivered. Insuring your package won’t insure against non-delivery or mis-delivery by the post office. Once they scan the package as delivered, they claim no responsibility.
Delivery Confirmation-Orders shipped with Delivery Confirmation shown to be delivered, will not be replaced by Creative Designworks. PayPal offers no protection for orders showing delivered.
Creative Designworks will work closely with you on any order not delivered, to find a solution. A non-delivery issue will be resolved quicker by working with Creative Designworks. PayPal also offers protection to the buyer for non-delivery, in case resolution can’t be reached with Creative Designworks.
Signature Confirmation Service (US orders only) Assures your package will be delivered to your hand rather than left unattended.
Package shipped with Signature Confirmation Service means the package will have to be signed for on arrival. A notice will be left for redelivery or pick-up if you are not available at time of delivery.
