Hi Nancy, My name is SFC Jay Sheer. Lynn Eldridge and I have beat the blues here in Iraq by constructing these neat lil bracelets in our free time and distributing them to our friends, families and loved ones back home. The color combinations are endless, many web-sites offer a myriad of colors to choose (parachute cord aka: 550 cord). But we were always looking for a better way to fasten the ends. Buttons seemed to do the trick but were tedious as the inside hole had to be honed out to accommodate the cords thickness. We then stumbled upon your sight looking for buckles, and found the perfect candidate. The 3/8 curved side release buckle is the perfect fit. As you can see in the pictures provided, buckle closure is much more preferred over the button. The buckle adds zing and a professional look to the bracelet. We now make them in any Sports team color you desire as well as custom colors. Please use our pictures and info for your web site. Just give us some props. Buckle Comparison

Please read this important information regarding the difference between the 3/8" non-breakaway and breakaway buckles. The buckle insert on the left is the breakaway buckle. The left outside post is missing the outside "lump". This is what allows the buckle to breakaway when pulled. NEVER use this buckle with a leash. The insert on the right is the non-breakaway buckle. NEVER use this insert to make cat collars.
