Ordering
How do I place an order? 

All orders must be received through the shopping cart on site. All payments go through PayPal. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal without having a PayPal account.

Financial information is never seen by anyone at Creative Designworks. We can't access your credit card to add on to your order or to refund. 

Can I order by phone? 
No Phone Orders. No Phone Calls. We are not staffed to do business by phone. We are not set up to take phone orders. Orders must be received through the shopping cart. All of our information is on site. We will happily answer questions by email. Please respect our privacy and honor our request in regards to phone calls. 
Can I order by email?
Orders must be received through the shopping cart. We are not staffed to custom prepare orders or invoice you.
Can I order by mail? 
Yes, you can order by mail. Use shopping cart to collect your order. Print out shopping cart contents, include your shipping information and mail with your money order. (NO CHECKS PLEASE) Or Print out and send order form by mail with your money order. Order Form 
Can I add on to my order?
We cannot access any account information to add onto orders. You need to place another order. 
Can you make substitutes within the order?
We can't make substitutes or mix colors. Substituting causes extra work in each of our processes.  We keep our processes standard for efficiency, allowing for lower overall prices.
What payment methods do you accept?  
All orders go through the PayPal system. PayPal accepts credit cards without setting up an account. Other payment methods are available when you set up a PayPal account.
Where is my order confirmation? 
Notification that postage has been purchased for your shipment, serves as confirmation that we have received, processed and shipped your order. The notice will contain your delivery confirmation number.Your PayPal history will also verify that your order has gone through.
If your email address isn't current with PayPal, you won't receive notification.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Charity discounts? Donations? Discount codes?

We don't offer wholesale, discounts or donations of any kind. The largest quantity listed on the site is the lowest price offered. The administrative cost to offer individual pricing discounts or deals would drive our costs up. We prefer to keep it simple and offer everyone the best price possible at all times.  

Online "coupon codes" are not authorized by us and will not be honored.

Shipping is paid by Creative Designworks on all US orders.

Explanation
When will my order be shipped? Can I ship to a third party? 
Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. (order on Monday will usually ship Wednesday) Often times we ship faster. Any special requests must made immediately after order is placed. My order hasn't shipped within this time frame, why not? Orders placed by eCheck (from your bank account) carry a clearing time, usually several days. Check your PayPal history to see if you choose to pay from your bank account. Once we receive notice that your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship exclusively through the United States Post Office. Small orders ship first class. Larger orders ship Priority.
Can I request a different  shipping company? 
We ship exclusively through the United States Post Office. Other shippers are not convenient in our community.  
Can you ship my order Express?
No Express Shipping. Shipping Express is time consuming and expensive. We don't offer this service.
Can I insure my order? What about Signature Confirmation service?

Creative Designworks no longer offers insurance. For explanation please see Insurance.

Please note, insuring your package won't insure against non-delivery or mis-delivery by the post office. Once they scan the package as delivered, they claim no responsibility.

Why were there no shipping charges added to my order on check out?

Explanation 
PayPal put an old address on my order! Now what do I do? 
Contact us immediately after placing the order to request a new address be used. Our data base doesn't track address and email updates or changes for future orders. We use the shipping and email the addresses shown on PayPal packing slip unless otherwise notified for each order received. Important! Adding a new address with PayPal does not change your address. You must indicate that the new address is to be your primary address and then delete the old one. It is your responsibility to make sure we are supplied with the correct address.

How does shipping figure for International orders?

Can you list my order as a "gift" or "sample"?
International shipments will be not be listed as "Gift" or "Samples" on customs form. We will not alter your paperwork or order in any way to bypass customs. Please do not request these "services".

Creative Designworks will work closely with you on any order not delivered to find a solution. PayPal also offers protection to the buyer for non-delivery in case resolution can't be reached with Creative Designworks.
Samples-Catalog 
Can I get a webbing sample card?
Sorry, no fancy webbing cards. We will send a snippet or two to represent the different weights, widths or a specific color on request with your next order.
Can you send samples?
We offer small quantities
at reasonable prices for sampling.
Can you send a catalog?
We don't offer hard copy catalogs. Constant changes make this impractical.
 Our entire line of products is offered online.  
Product Availability
What does "out of stock" mean?
The item is on order or in the process of being fabricated.
Has the item been discontinued?
We rarely discontinue any item, but should it be necessary the discontinued item is removed from the site and is not shown or listed as "out of stock".
 
Why don't you leave the prices on the site for out of stock items?
Due to possible price changes, we have to wait for stock arrival before we can set prices.
Why don't you publish the date when the item will be available again?
Dates often change as many variables can delay arrival.
Can you notify me when the product arrives? 
We will supply an estimated time of arrival if you email us, so you can watch for relisting on the site. Estimated times are not to be taken as a promise. Many variables beyond our control can delay arrival. We are not staffed to send individual email when product arrives.
Can I place an advance order for incoming stock?
Due to possible price changes, we have to wait for stock arrival before we can set prices. We don't accept advance orders.
Return Policy

How do I make a return? 

Return Policy-Copy of original receipt is required with any return.

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt or packing slip. Copies are acceptable. The return address is on your packing slip. A copy of your order is available in your PayPal history.

2. Only full quantities* as shown on packing slip will be accepted for refund. Under no circumstances will leftover "bits and pieces" be refunded. *(full quantities means, 25 of an item ordered is returnable only as 25, not a partial amount. Sets are returnable only as sets, individual parts from sets are not returnable.)

3. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Payments originating through PayPal will be returned to PayPal so they can refund the original funding source. In some cases PayPal will put the funds into your PayPal account instead of returning to original source.

4. Refunds will be minus original shipping costs. (Even though there were no shipping charges added to your order, the expense incurred to ship your item is not refundable)

May I get an exchange?
Exchanges are not offered as they are complex and time consuming. We will issue a refund on your return so you can reorder the items you need.
Is there a time limit?
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
 
Will there be a restocking fee?
Restocking fee may apply, at our discretion.  Any return that is incomplete (without paperwork) and requires research is subject to a restocking fee. Large returns or frequent returns are subject to a restocking fee.
How are my funds returned?
Your refund is made through PayPal.
 Based on where the payment originated from, PayPal determines where the funds are returned.
Will you credit my card?
We never have access to financial information and cannot access your credit card
 to refund you. Payments made by credit card are returned to PayPal so they can refund the original funding source.
Order Problems 

How are order errors handled?
Orders must be reconciled to your packing slip on arrival. Problems with the order must be reported within 7 days of arrival. Order processing errors that are our fault, will be promptly corrected at our expense.You must choose the most cost efficient method for return shipment. We will not reimburse for unnecessary postage spent on a return.

Supplying a wrong address will result in your paying for redelivery. Important! Adding a new address with PayPal does not change your address. We are generally in the warehouse 8 am to 12 noon Monday through Friday filling orders. Expect no email response on weekends, evenings or Holidays.

What guarantees my order?
